[bookport] Choosing Folder for Queued Files

I find queuing files very convenient. The key is to close the queue dialog
when it comes up, then via alt+f you can get to the Book Port folder list
and open whichever one you want the files to transfer into. Alt+u will
reopen the queue so you can send.
