in my previous post i wrote about card reader/wrriter interfaces usb 2.0 and
firewire. i forgot to tell the transfer speed with the current cards is
limited by the card, and not by the interface.
the fastest cards (for consumers) i knnow have a speed of approx. 20
megabytes/second, while the USB 2.0 and firewire 400/1394a are in the order
of 50 megabytes/second.

One thing's for sure, the bigger your memory card, the more glad you can 
be for card readers. It's so much faster dumping audiobooks on MP3 onto CF 
cards via a card reader. And with the improved navigation for unfiltered 
cards, what can I say, APH, great job.
