The other day my batteries needed to be replaced. I replaced them. After that I get no sound from the bookport. I checked to see if the batteries worked in another device. They did. Tried a reset and anything else I could think of. The is no sound at all from the bookport. Any suggestions. Oh I also tried another memory card. Bill Sparks
