Hmm,
Sounds like the dreaded folder issue. Do you know what folder you're in on the
card? Of course, having formatted the card you'd have to resend the files. If
you've done all that does it still say no files? You hit the star plus zero
keys to back out of the folder you're in and the zero plus pound keys to go
into a folder. Make sure you're not stuck in a folder that has nothing in it.

I have had my bookport for a w eek now and have transfered files on it.
After about a few hours, when I go through the files, it tells me that I have
no files. I have formatted the card twice, taken the bateries out and still it
does it. I wonder if it is the card that is not working. I really don't want
to send the bookport back.
