Actually, when the site is back up, you will be able to download it, without 
using the CD.

I was having the same problem.  I called APH and learned that the
website is having trouble.  If you have your disk, you'll have to use it
to reinstall and update when the site is back up.

Hi All
I had to uninstall bookport and reinstall it again.
When bookport starts up, it says a new version of the software is
available.
I click on yes and it says downloading updates. But nothing happens.
How can I fix this?
