Rob: This means that you have had a partial firmware update. In order to reflash your firmware again, the Book Port has to be recognized. You might try a different card, in case the card has caused this. Otherwise, unless you have a card reader, you will need to send it in and we will do it. If you have a reader, or if a second card is recognized, please let us know and we will provide you with instructions on what to do next. If you have to send it in, you'll need to send it directly to me, because this isn't a normal repair.
