Hi, My name's Rob, and I've subscribed to this list, hoping you can help with a problem. I've had my bookport since last May. When I updated the firmware on Friday, the 21st, my bookport started saying, "Application missing." Also, the software on my PC won't recognize the bookport. Should I send the unit back for repair? or is there some way to get at the software problem with out that? Thanks for your help. Onward! Rob
