Hello:
When you run the Authorization setup file on the CD, then you tab
through and fill in the appropriate fields. If it doesn't let you put
it in on that screen, then you may need to close it out and open it from
within the Run Dialog in Windows and run the file that says bwr
authorization. When you do that, the second field is where you put the
User Name and PIN. I have seen this problem before, but I don't know
why it's happening. When the file is run, it should automatically bring
up the Book Wizard program. That doesn't always happen on the automatic
setup that launches on the CD.

Hello everyone,
I am new to this list. I recently got my authorization cd from rfb and
d to
install it on my computer to transfer books. However, I do not know
what to
put in for the authorization key. Nor do I know where to locate it. I
tried
several times this week to reach someone at rfb and d to find out this
information but no one got in touch with me. Does anyone know what I
need to
do? Thanks.
