Did it provide any file names in that message. I would go ahead and try =
the ignore, but if you can find a file name on that message, let us know.

When I plugged in my Bookport this evening the update process had to be=20
aborted.
It said Error Bookport Transfer something 6 dot dat An error =
occurred=20
while trying to read the source file. The process cannot access the=20
file because it is being used by another process. The options were =
to=20
retry, ignore or cancel. Since it recommended I not use the ignore =
feature=20
I had to abort the process. I rebooted the computer but nothing=20
helped. Any suggestions?
