[bookport] Bookport Command List

Hi all

I am brand new to Bookport and this list.  Can anyone advise me where I
can get a simple command list from?  Also, can anyone advise me re the
best way to download music on to Bookport?  I gather this must be in MP3
format so it doesn't look as though I'll be able to just download the
music I already have on my desktop at home.
