Although the Braille Plus will play NLS books remember it is a full note
taker and costs $1,395.00 which would be quite a bit for a reader only.  I
am not trying to diminish the Braille Plus but it is a reader in addition to
all the other things it is.  The price point if all you want is a reader
would be quite high.
