No.  NLS stands for National Library Service.  It is the Talkingbook program.  
It's a program that we have here in the US.  In order to use it abroad, you 
must be a US citizen.

Could someone tell me what NLS is?  Its come up a lot recently and I'm
in the UK and have never heard of it.  Is it a service that is available
outside the continental US?
