Kingston should be a reliable product. They've been a major vendor of memory
products for years. Personally, I always buy Sandisk and right now, I have a
1 gig Sandisk card that works flawlessly in my BP. Have you reformatted your
Kingston card? A CF card should never, never, never need to be reformatted.
I have CF cards that I've been using daily for over two years at work that
have never been reformatted and they perform as well today as the day they
were bought. I don't understand why people think they need to reformat a
CompactFlash card.

2 gig - wow! May I ask what brand of Compact Flash card you are using?
I have had nothing but problems
with my 1 gig Kingston card.
