High Clarence, thanks.  Tried that already.  It didn't work.  

Oh well.  At least, if it happens on some machines, then it's not some
stupid thing I did.

Hey, what do you do besides work?

Randy, this is fairly normal on some machines.  Try alt-tabbing and I
think you'll see the transfer software open in another window.
