        For indexed files, the extensions are as follows:
Indexes: *._IX
Data files: *._DD

This applies to both text files and indexed mp3 files.  So, for example, a
file called "recipes.txt" would show up on your bookport as
"recipes.txt._DD", the data portion, and "recipes.txt._IX", the index
portion.
A file called "jokes.mp3" would show up on your bookport as:
"jokes.mp3._DD", data portion and "jokes.mp3._IX", index portion.
