Thank you, that did the trick.  Now all I have to do is bring the program up to 
date.  I will nevertheless wait, given 
the fact that you said the APH's website was somewhat out of sorts.

Hi:

What changes have been made to the computer, since you were last able to use 
the transfer program?  You might try 
uninstalling and reinstalling from:

http://www.aph.org/tech/bp_setup.exe

If the problem still persists, then think about the last time you used it 
successfully and what changes you made to your 
system that perhaps has deleted important files, etc.
