Thanks. That makes it appear not to be related to the version that the
uprade was from.
I had beta 5 on one and 6 on the other and was unable to get firmware 2.3.

Hi Richard,
Although you addressed this to Lois, I can answer that from my own
experience. I installed the new firmware while using the latest beta, the
"6" beta, with no problems.
