[bookport] Book Port Questions and comments

Hi everybody. I very much appreciate the manual being handy on the flash
card, however, I do have a suggestion regarding other formats of the manual.
When I come to the section regarding the BRaille keyboard as well as the
keyboard layout the synthesizer reads the numbers in rapid fire. I feel
that a braille reference card should be included to better learn the
keyboard layout whether it be the braille keyboard or the book port
keyboard. Incidentally, I requested information as to whether I could
obtain the quick reference sheets in braille mentioned in the new manual and
haven't heard from customer service yet. Also, I asked tech support the
same question via voicemail and haven't heard from anyone yet.
