We are having trouble pinning down where the battery drain is coming
from. We measured the power usage when the unit powers down, and it
appears to be normal. We are going to need your help with this one.

Has anyone noticed if perhaps the sleep timer is not working properly?

Does the battery drain appear to happen while the unit is idle?
