Great idea; I use four sticky rubber feet which does the same thing.

Hi list,

I cut a piece from a mouse pad so that it was just the size of the 
footprint of the bookport. Then I cut a hole in it to match the 
position of the belt clip. This allows the bookport to be operated 
very efficiently with one hand while it is lying comfortably on its 
back on this little mattress. It keeps the bookport very level and 
stable while permitting active keyboard manipulation with one hand.
