[bookport] BP+-- Binary search, wireless access, and unit size

Three other thoughts about the new BookPort Plus.
1. I don't see a binary serch mentioned in the documentation. On the original
BookPort, this handy search mechanism used the D-E and E-F key combinations.
Is this going to be added to the BookPort Plus?
2. I don't see any mention of how the built-in Wi-Fi capability might be
utilized? Is it turned off now, by default. How will, or how might, this be
used in later releases?
3. What are the physical dimensions of the new BookPort Plus? Compared to the
old one? To the Victor Stream?
