Robert,
This only seems to be a problem on the Pc and then only if you are using a
software speech synth and not a hardware synth. You can turn up the volume
to hear the podcast, but if your computer starts jabbering away due to a
tool tip or any screen activity, you get blasted. I would also agree that
the sound of the BookPort being used on the Podcast is too soft. Like I
mentioned before, the quality of the recording is very good though.

Like Donna, I have not had a problem hearing any of the podcasts. I thought
the voice of the Book Port was too low but that was ok.
