Hi Judy and list:

Reformat the card by pressing the four corner keys on the book port. That should fix it. Be sure to have hadphones or an external speaker connected. Book port will prompt you to press the keys a second time and will inform you when the format is complete.

I'm trying to help a friend with a BP problem. Her BP gets this message "Application Missing". She's taken the battery and card out for several hours; we've used the reset command. Same message. Hope someone can help.
