Thank you for the honest and forthright way in which you stated the known 
facts!

Being a Logistician for many years I have been in the same position as APH 
appears to be in now. I know that even the tiniest, most insignificant item 
can stop completion of a huge project.

There is an old saying that too frequently rules production:  "You never 
have time to do the job right but you always find time to do it over."  This 
is usually heard right after "Let's shoot the engineers and begin 
production."  <SMILE>
