[bookport] Access World

Hi, Michael and others. I was able to easily and very quickly, I might add,
send two issues of Access World to book port without any problems. I went
to the AFB web site, found the quick links and then Access World. I opened
the two issues from January and March of this year and clicked on the link
that said entire issue or actually highlighted it and then found send to
book port and as we say, bingo bango! Done.
