Hi Keith and list:

Save as text is it. They don't call it exporting because they don't want to scare anyone.

Cheers,
Dave

In Adobe, I can find in the File dropdown menu the option of SAVE AS TEXT.

Is this exporting, or is exporting different? If different, how is this done?

Many thanks for any help.

Hi Nancy:

Yes, you are right that book port does not read PDF files. But in many
cases, you don't need to buy another programme for reading them when the
document's author have done things correctly. Just export them as text from
within Adobe reader. Then they will transfer to the bookport easily.

Cheers,
Dave

Hello. Am I right that Book Port cannot read PDF files? Do I have to buy one of those programs that converts PDF files to DTB files? Thanks, Nancy
