Peter

I think the reason is that a daisy book is the folder and the whole thing has
to be treated as one. On the other hand your text files are all separate items
and have to be treated separately.

  Subject: [bookcourier] Transfer of Folders

  Hello Everyone:

I think we have all been aware of the Transfer Tool's inability to transfer
folders.

However, what I don't understand is how the Bookcourier transfers Daisy
files, which are located in extremely large folders, yet is unable to transfer
simple txt files which which are often grouped in folders on our computers. We
all do this with our txt books. I really can't understand why you can do it in
daisy, and you can't do it with txt file folders.

Oh the wonders of computer technology.

  Peter Walsh.
