[bookcourier] Error Message

Hi,
I have just tried to transfer one of the TNAUK DAISY compilations to my BC
and have received the following error message:-
"Send File
Error opening app file "f:\bc000000""
All I had was an OK button and the transfer was a total waste of time as the
folder on my BC is as if the transfer had never taken place.
Can anyone tell me what this means please?
