Just wondering why the USFWS doesn't employ some of their large animal
re-location procedures, as they might with nuisance black bears in the wrong
neighborhood.
If they don't have the equipment, I'm sure ODFW does.
Put some eager young techies to good use & refit their Christmas drones to
project tranquilizer darts.

I'm thinking of the news photos of Ammon & LaVoy in a barrel cage, arriving at
the courthouse in Bend!
