This interview was very enlightening. It seems that the devil has been
impersonating God and leading the occupiers down the wrong path. They were
told to take down a fence, but the fence owner did not want the fence taken
down. They were told that they would be welcome in Harney County, but they
are not. The devil is a tricky sort and has fooled many very well-meaning
people over the years.
Perhaps God will speak to them soon and clarify the mix-up so that they can
go home without losing face.

I have been trying to get the Oregonian to report on the apparent seizure
of MFS - to no avail - and recently contacted someone at OPB. I’m sure
others have contacted the media as well. Sadly, I guess they don’t find it
a compelling enough story.
I had this sickening thought after receiving the MFS special statement
from the board last night. If the Bundy group scoped out MFS ahead of
time, as they did the refuge HQ, they may know that the land is leased from
the federal government. They maybe even know that the buildings used to
be government property. Since they think that it’s unconstitutional for
the government to own land, it follows that in their minds the leasing of
the land and the deed that transferred the buildings would be illegal and
therefore they would not view MFS as private property. To them, MFS may be
just another parcel of government land to be ‘returned’ to its rightful
owner (as long as that’s not the Paiute tribe). This probably already
occurred to others on this list – I’m a little slow sometimes.
At any rate, I agree, in the real world where the rest of us live,
intimidating the ‘managers’ into leaving their home and seizing public
property should certainly be on the list of crimes.

Seizure of private, non-profit facilities (MFS). The press has missed
entirely the fact that MFS is not a federal facility, and receives no
federal funds. The managers WERE there at the time of the takeover, and
we're forced from their home. I would think that a judge could write an
injunction, ordering the Bundy group off of this private property.

*Fraudulent Use of a Government Computer.* Possible 10 year jail
sentence for the first offense. It would seem difficult to prove which
criminal used which computer, BUT conspiracy to commit this crime carries
the same sentence.
