I don’t suppose... there might be some way to legally force the Federal
government to enforce a law when it admits knowing it is being violated by
known individual(s)? Like a class action suit against a corporation? When is
it true you can fight city hall and Win?

Illegal road construction of Federal lands is a commonly committed crime. As a
rule, the perpetrators do not receive jail time, rather they have to pay fines
and pay for the costs of habitat restoration/mitigation.
Oh jeez, how about using Gov't vehicles to bulldoze a road through what I hear
is a archeologically significant site? Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle?
Theft? Vandalism? I'm sure there's plenty more just related to the road
building at HQ.
