Quería compartir con vosotros, la siguiente situación, a ver que pensais.
A un cliente, que tenemos, tenemos que ponerle 4 telefonos de atención a
sus clientes, las conversaciones tienen que ser grabadas.
He pensado en ponerle ya sea a traves de un virtual en inet o en su
infraestructura local un asterik o derivado.
Alguna sugerencia más en base a experiencia ¿?
