15 inch diameter  (in SCCA racing, anyway).

Perhaps they were a special request to your dad for use on a
dune-buggy type of application(?)

Any idea as to what these wheels go to?  VW bolt pattern, 6x14, however
I have never seen them on a Bobsy Vee.
