Dear All,

I have managed to find time during my holiday in France to create the
spreadsheet system for the Voucher Scheme.

Attached is the spreadsheet with all the vouchers that have been issued by
John, Colin & Jacqueline since the 1st April, although some of the vouchers
(e.g. Dry Stone Walling) have been issued for work done prior to 1st April.

I'm hoping the spreadsheet is fairly self-explanatory as the layout is
similar to the one I used for the Blackhill's Account.

When I get back home, I will be issuing a statement to each of the groups
nominated recipients and to each individual to the e-mails listed on the
spreadsheet.

Before I do this, would you each cast your eye over the spreadsheet to make
sure I've not missed anything and that everything looks in order.

So that the voucher scheme is kept upto date, I would like Colin, John and
Jacqueline to send me a list of vouchers issued each month.

For redeeming vouchers, Jacqueline will have a list of all vouchers issued
and can then inform me (including a booking ref) when vouchers have been
redeemed (at the time of booking).

As far as the paper vouchers are concerned, no more should have been issued
since 1st April and any remaining vouchers need to used by 31st Dec 2019.
