In the interest of transparency, the second company I asked to quote for
the work has been in touch. His quote was £1200, as well. Replies have been
sent back to both saying they were unsuccessful.

We now have 4 votes in favour of proceeding with the lowest bid for the
window repairs, 2 abstentions (as they provided bids) and 3 who have not
voted.
At that the project to replace 3 off windows in the Rhodes (2 off) and
Carlton (1 off) is placed with Steve Rollins.
Steve would you proceed with this work and talk directly with Andrew about
payments. Jacqueline will be able to give you guidance as to when the
Rhodes Hut is not in use.
