Dear All,

Please accept my apologises for not being able to attend the BMC meeting on
Tuesday.

Please find attached the up-to date accounts and a copy of the voucher
scheme spreadsheet.

As far as the voucher scheme spreadsheet is concerned, I receive information
from Colin, John & Jacqueline to populate the voucher scheme spreadsheet
then distribute the 'statements' to each group / recipient.

Previously this information came in a variety of ways / formats which I then
had to interpret to populate the spreadsheet with.  I have now asked that a
data entry spreadsheet is completed by Colin, John & Jacqueline so that I
can simply copy and paste the information into the voucher spreadsheet thus
reducing the work for me and also avoid any mis-interpretation.
