From the following website/page:
http://www.24sleepwake.com/index.php/resources/frequently_asked_questions#what_is_non_24_hour_sleep_wake_disorder_non_24

"Non-24 is a chronic sleep disorder that affects approximately 50% of totally
blind people. Their inability to perceive light causes a severe disruption of
the 24-hour sleep-wake pattern causing cyclical bouts of nighttime
sleeplessness and excessive daytime fatigue and napping. The disorder can make
it extremely difficult to do well in school, hold down a job or have satisfying
relationships. Non-24 has been called an ?invisible disability,? and can go
undiagnosed for years."

Will, just, personally say I've always been one of those for whom 6 hours sleep
is a looong night - even in sighted days, but anyway.

Stay well
