There's a link for forgot password, which takes you to the following page:
http://m.facebook.com/recover?refid=8
There, am not too sure if they include forms of captcha in whole process, or
whether they'd want to then send you an SMS to your cell number if you were
signed up under that, or send emails to any email addresses you had registered
with them, but those are sort of standard lost password operations for this
type of thing.
