Just a quick inquiry, divide fat by 12, so if you have something like 2 grams of fat, that would be something like .17, right? This is the formula that someone shared some years ago on another list that I was on. It's the formula for calculating points. You'll need the amount of fiber, fat, and calories per serving in the food. Multiply fiber times 10 Subtract that number from the calories Divide the result by 50 Save this partial point value. Divide the fat by 12 Add that result to the partial point number This will give you the correct points value. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ From: blindweightwatcher-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:blindweightwatcher-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Veronica Smith Sent: Wednesday, January 14, 2009 12:37 PM To: blindweightwatcher@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [blindweightwatcher] Re: breakfast How many points do you eat for breakfast? I like to keep mine around 3 points or so, so i can get more points for lunch or dinner.
