Well, just wanted to share something for WW participants that I've always
found helpful since we can't use the calculators that they give out. This
is the formula that someone shared some years ago on another list that I was
on. It's the formula for calculating points.
You'll need the amount of fiber, fat, and calories per serving in the food.

Multiply fiber times 10
Subtract that number from the calories
Divide the result by 50
Save this partial point value.

Divide the fat by 12
Add that result to the partial point number

This will give you the correct points value.

How many points do you eat for breakfast? I like to keep mine around 3
points or so, so i can get more points for lunch or dinner. V

Coffee and I usually have some sort of cereal like Honey Nut Chereos or
Honey Bunches of Oats and fruit, or another favorite is a waffle or piece of
whole wheat toast with peanut butter and banana on it.
