LIME GINGER FISH

2 (12 oz. each) halibut, mahimahi or tilapia fillets
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1-slice (1/8 inch thick) ginger root, peeled, minced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut each fillet in 3 equal pieces. Place fish in single layer in
shallow baking dish.

In small bowl, combine lime juice, honey, garlic and ginger. Stir
well. Pour over fish. Cover. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.

Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade. Place fish in baking
dish and drizzle a little marinade over fish.

Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes until fish flakes easily when
tested with fork.

Makes 6 servings; 109 calories, 1 g fat, 20 g protein, 4 g
carbohydrate and 49 mg cholesterol each.
