Jan, I have really enjoyed the wonderful articles you have posted here and
of course, all the wonderful recipes. I have forwarded many of your posts
to my friends at WW and they love them. If it wasn't for you, I would have
probably gained my weight back. Keep up the good work.
We should be glad that Cheryl began this list. It was suppose to be a place
to vent weight loss problems, but since there's no evidence that anyone but
you and I care about venting, it is good that you are still here. I, for
one, am glad you are here. Cheryl should be happy that you are posting
articles that help others help themselves. Please continue sending these
ideas to the blind cook group as well. We all deserve to learn about the
things you post and since the ideas belong to both groups... V
