That's why I mentioned the principle factor and that the real figures could
differ to include those additional costs and the member, who will stil be
the actual buyer, could claim the VAT portion, or maybe even the whole
amount, back from SARS, the article being an assistive device? I just
thought that, if members pay there 90 percent as well as the additional
costs as you mentioned, the Treasurer can add the suggested 10 percent grant
or assistance and be sure that its not being misused for other things either
than what its intended for.

Just some more info regarding importing from overseas. I have imported some
stuff, the following costs get added: courief costs and then of course 14%
vat. You do not pay import duties but you cannot get away from vat. For us
to sell back at 10% less not viable.
