Ok, so whenit says that the upgrade cost is 29.95 that would mean that i am
paying 20 dollars for the upgrade to the replay capture suite and then the ten
dollars for the year since i have not upgraded to the suite yet?
if i had upgraded to the suite then i would only have paid the 20 dollars and
got the replay radio one year subscription for free for the first year?
leslie, how many computers can a person put the suite on also the same
question goes for replay radio, how can you tell ?

Let me try to provide some clarity around the Replay Radio upgrade.
As an existing Applian customer you can upgrade to Replay Radio for $9.95 a
year or $1.99 a month. (For new customers the price is higher)
OR if you have purchased the Suite in the last six months (or upgraded your
Suite in the last six months) you get a free year of Replay Radio - the year
starts fro the date you purchased the Suite.
So purchasing the $19.95 Everything Upgrade for the Suite - would include a
year of Replay Radio. It's not separate.
Does that make sense?

I have not checked this. You do recall Replay Radio is now based on the
subscription model. $2.95 per month.
So it is why it is separate.

When looking at the upgrading and adding to the cart, it looks like
you have to purchase lets say the replay radio seprately from the upgrade, I
own replay av and was thinking of the upgrade but want to make sure that i
would not have to purchase the upgrade to replay radio since the page states it
is included?
