ok, which should be used the applin network monitar or wincap?

what are the advantages and disadvantages of both?
A. I do not know.
and the start up and shut down times seem to take longer then expected, can
this be fixed?
A. What do you consider to be a long time? Give us a time amount.
the splash screens that come up before the programs fully come up can they be
gotten rid of?
A. I do not know how. Why are you concerned about this splash screen.
does applin planon making portable versions of the programs?
A. I have not heard so.
