[blindreplay] replay latest build not running

hi list,
running windows xp, with replay 8 latest build.
Replay is no longer automatically starting when windows starts up, nor am I
able to open it manually.
Multiple restarts, uninstalls, haven't solved this problem.
I have had this issue before, and tech support for replay had no idea what the
problem was, or how to solve it.
any useful comments or suggestions would be most welcome?
I remember their was a utility to remove replay from the regersty, but can no
longer find this on replay radio site.
thinking this may help, as all else has thus far failed.
