[blindreplay] replay av8.5 and converter

hi list. i'm using the products in the subject line and when a recording is 
done it doesn't convert to mp3. its set in the show properties to convert to 
mp3 but its not doing that. i read somewhare that you don't have to have 
converter 2.80 any more so what am i missing?
