Hey there - I don't have Vista but I know that the developers are recommending that you use Replay Media Catcher with Pandora vs Replay Music. They say it works better. http://applian.com/replay-media-catcher/demo.php With my XP machine Replay Music works just fine with pandora. Anyway I hope this helps, Leslie -----Original Message----- From: blindreplay-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:blindreplay-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of petrakigianos-giasou@xxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, February 23, 2008 6:21 AM To: blindreplay@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [blindreplay] Re: pandora problems with replay music 3.2 Sal Looks like to me you have done everything correctly. Have you use Replay Music before to record the Pandora service? I will forward your email to the developer and he should be able to help you privately. When you play the audio on pandora.com which media player is used? If it is the Windows Media Player you might want to check the plug-in status. It is one of the hints you learn about when you first run Replay Music program. I did a podcast on this. Below you will find some mp3 tutorials that may help you. http://www.applian.com/Podcasts/RM/10-plug-in.mp3 http://www.applian.com/Podcasts/RM/13-blog.mp3 http://www.applian.com/Podcasts/RM/17-recording.mp3 http://www.applian.com/Podcasts/RM/18-reg-key-error.mp3 Your input page settings look correct. Go back to that combo box and press your "end" key one time and then "home" keyboard key to put back to the default "audio driver" from Applian. Tab to the OK button and press spacebar. In the user guide I did not see anything to do with Vista setting changes. In Replay Music settings dialog box you have an output page. Tip: press control tab 3 times and then press insert t for title. You will hear settings, page is output. This way you will know you are in the right property sheet. The output tab/page. The output tab/page has combo box for recording types: mp3, wav and another format. Did you manipulate these settings? Leave at mp3 for now. If you tab you will see the bit rate. Leave it at 128 kbps. Choose the OK button. Have you tried to record another audio stream on the net? Like a radio station or another source besides pandora.com? Just a test to see if you can record a stream. In your Replay Music settings, input tab the very first setting is your output files. This is the folder your recordings end up at. I am pretty sure you have this correct because you said your recordings contained JAWS speech audio instead of the music from pandora.com. Is this correct.
