That is exactly what happened to me first.

Go directly to the XM site and log in there. You might need to update your 
password

Then, after you have connected via the site, your Replay will connect.

  The first tiem I tried to use Replay AV withthe XM online, I had to go to the 
online service and log in there. 

  Then I was able to allow Replay to conect.

    I am trying to get the XM channels to work in replay av 8.41. I put my 
email address and password in the login and password fields respectively, but I 
can't sign in for some reason with the replay tuner. what might I be doing 
wrong?
