Hi Petro, I've been following each and every procedure that you've mentioned below, but regret to say that I've receive no replies from any tech support personnel with regard to the difficulties that I've been encountering. However, I do acknowledge that I've received e-mail responses from Leslie. I've even been rummaging through the disgusting junk mail in the bulk mail folder to this very day, but to no avail. in fact, I've not even received any automated responses acknowledging that my trouble tickets were received, and therefore have no trouble ticket numbers to forward. Nonetheless I must gratefully acknowledge the assistance that I have received from both Leslie and you with regard to this matter. I thank you both very much.
